By using The Equity Note, you agree to use the site for lawful, informational purposes and to evaluate all reports independently.
Permitted Use
You may view reports, request coverage, and subscribe to alerts for personal use. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation. Coverage requests require an email address so publication alerts and abuse controls can work reliably.
Billing and Cancellation
Paid Pro access is billed through Stripe. Trial length, renewal cadence, taxes, and cancellation options are shown during Checkout and in the Stripe Customer Portal. If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the paid or trial period shown in your account.
Intellectual Property
Site content, report layouts, model presentations, and original explanatory material remain the property of The Equity Note unless otherwise noted.
Service Availability
We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website, report coverage, and email alerts at any time. Reports can be revised or removed as data, assumptions, and editorial decisions change.
